Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Royal Enfield Mechanic with exceptional skills in servicing and maintaining Royal Enfield bikes, including BS6 models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in engine work, performance tuning, and delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced servicing, repairs, and maintenance of Royal Enfield motorcycles, including BS6 models.

• Conduct engine diagnostics, rebuilds, and tuning to enhance bike performance.

• Execute modifications and upgrades to improve aesthetics and functionality.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.

• Work on performance enhancements, including exhaust systems, fuel mapping, and other customizations.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

• Provide guidance and training to junior mechanics as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop best practices.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Royal Enfield motorcycles, including BS6 models.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Royal Enfield engine mechanics, tuning, and performance enhancements.

• Familiarity with advanced tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Expertise in handling BS6 technology and related systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
